Item No:- DB-10-P Diode board with profile 1) TYPE OF DIODE : 1N 4007, Make- MIC or Equivalent. a) MAXIMUM CURRENT : 1.5 Ampere. b) PIV RATING : 1000V. 2) NO. OF CHANNEL : Ten. 3) TERMINATION’S : All terminals are screw type & suitable for 2.5 Sq. mm. cable wire. 4) PCB TRACKS : 70 Micron X 1.5mm. 5) CONNECTORS : Phoenix make PCB connector. Type: MKDS 3 or Equivalent. 6) MARKING : The Diode terminals are brought to the PCB mountable terminals marked serially As A1 to A10 & K1 to K10. 7) DESIGNATION : Designation plate screwed to the PCB for labeling purpose. 8) PACKING : Each diode board should be individually packed to avoid transit damages. 9) TESTING : Visual inspection test - 100 % Dimensional check - 100 % Terminal numbering - 100 %
